She is a 1975 fraser 30, built by the Dekleers brothers. Uncored, thick fibreglass and a long fin keel make her heavy and stable.
I've been living aboard for the past year. She's a comfortable cruiser or live aboard for 1-3 people (large vberth and port side quarter berth)
I've been rewiring and redesigning the electrical system to be self sufficient on renewable power. That needs to be finished and she'll be ready to sail the world. Almost all of the materials and tools to finish it are included
Main sail and 150 genoa in OK condition, 75 jib in very good condition, also has a spinnaker.
Standing and running rigging are in good shape.
Yanmar 2gm20f diesel inboard running well (1993)
Flush decks give you lots of cabin space and a comfy deck.
Hydrolic wheel steering is intuitive and easy for beginners
